Discover the Silence Within is a 5-day course designed to gently unravel layers of physical, mental and emotional tension. The exploration through yoga, self-inquiry and meditation will support you to reflect and re-connect with the part of you that is real, silent and present.
The mornings will be dedicated to yoga practices to nourish and open the body. A progressive course of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques will be gradually introduced to ensure participants gain a deeper understanding and personal experience of the practice of yoga. Detailed instructions will be accompanied by hands-on assistance to ensure that all needs are met.
The afternoon sessions will introduce a variety of meditation and therapeutic techniques, including active practices that involve self-inquiry, body movement, and silent sitting. Having already established a deep inner connection through body oriented yoga practices, the self-inquiry sessions will pave the way for an even deeper experience of inner peace and silence.
The evenings will be relaxing and meditative.
This course is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners of yoga and anyone interested in pursuing honest self-exploration. Vegetarian, raw and nutritious food will be served to support the quietning, calming of the body and mind.
