Refill

This group is about giving yourself time to connect inwards. To refill with presence, silence, connectedness and love. In daily life it becomes our habit to look outwards and we need support to come back, to reconnect and look inwards again.
We will meditate, have time for some individual work, sharing, connect with the body, dance and be in silence.

Choose to be with yourself for three days. Give yourself the space to take a deep breath and relax.
