Awakening of Creativity

Art is a great tool for personal transformation and growth. It provides a window through which you can look into the hidden layers of your own mind. It also functions like a mirror: whatever is happening inside you is reflected on the paper in front of you.
Many people assume that "I don't have any talent for painting," without stopping to examine if it's really true or not. In fact, we can all paint. All that is needed is to bring creativity back into our lives, reclaiming it as a natural quality. To get in touch with the space of creativity is precious, and to express in painting out of this spontaneous space is something like a remembering of one’s original energy. You might feel the direct connection with the source of life itself.
In this group we work with “Primal Painting” and the basic psychology of the energy around creativity. Tools like Family Constellation, Projection work, and meditations may also be included. You will learn how to be more present, which means saying yes to yourself and to your life. When the light of your awareness dissolves the blocks that hinder your creative energy, joy and playfulness are naturally experienced and expressed.
