Conscious Relating

As we grow in emotional maturity we begin to also long for a deeper state of presence within ourselves and in our relationships, a more conscious relating. This quality of loving presence can develop by identifying and healing wounds of conditionings, shame, traumas and misconceptions around our potential and vital energies. When the vital energy flows towards the heart, a bridge of awareness is created, which can open qualities such as safety, tenderness and trust.

During these 5 days we will explore how to use the natural intelligence and healing capacity of our bodies’ nervous system to build a foundation for awareness and intimacy to be nourished within our relationships. Together we create a safe and loving container to experiment individually and with group interaction, opening up to our natural joy, aliveness and sensitivity to flow.

An alive exploration of relationship dynamics, the transformative power of our vulnerability and the essence of balancing the masculine and feminine qualities within ourselves and its effects on our relationships.
